Papayaplay's Lobby Shooter War Rock To Launch On Steam Sometime This Month
Over ten years after its initial 2007 launch, War Rock is coming to Steam -- because that's what we do now. The game, developed by Dream Execution and published by Papaya Play, will arrive on Valve's distribution platform sometime before the end of the year. So, basically, it will go live within the next 14 days.
Obviously, this is a move to increase the game's audience. And it likely will in the short term, as players download it to test it out. But once the curious players stop playing, the game will have to stand against a myriad of other similar games that already have an audience on the platform. So, we'll see how that works out for them.
