SolForge Fusion, A Card Game From The Creators Of Magic: The Gathering And Ascension, Entering Steam Early Access Soon
The CCG features thousands of cards.
A new collectible card game is about to hit Steam Early Access, and this one has some credentials behind it, given that it was created by Richard Garfield of Magic: The Gathering fame, and Justin Gary from Ascension.
From Stoneblade Entertainment, SolForge Fusion is a card-battling game with thousands of cards. Players used algorithmically generated decks as well as printed half-decks. These can be put together to use in unique ways, offering players a wide variety of combinations.
The game’s faction decks come with a QR code that allows players to add them to their online collections. It’s the online collection that determines what decks players can use in tournaments and community events. Players can also scan the decks into the single-player roguelite campaign as well as other community events.
SolForge Fusion is slated to enter Early Access on Steam on April 16. Until then, players can download the demo to try it out.
