Starship Troopers: Extermination Q&A Talks Weapons & Adding Items From The Animated Movies And Even Starship Troopers 2
There's plenty of questions and answers.
Starship Troopers: Extermination released a new Q&A with answers to your burning questions about the co-op shooter now in Early Access on Steam.
The developers are looking to add weapons and customization options for each class. They are also hoping to add multiple weapons each year, and the customizations will all be grounded in the Starship Troopers universe. No crazy unicorn helmets, I guess. There will also be weapons included from Starship Troopers 2 and the animated movies.
There are no plans for PvP at this time, with Starship Troopers: Extermination concentrating on the cooperative aspects. Speaking of cooperation, both friends lists and clans are expected in 2024.
They are planning on having game modes for many different party sizes.
The Starship Troopers movies the development team can draw from are Starship Troopers, Starship Troopers 2: Hero Federation, Starship Troopers 3: Marauder, Starship Troopers: Invasion, and Starship Troopers: Traitor of Mars.
While the team doesn't commit to anything right now, they are looking into a solo-driven experience addition to the game.
Right now there is no intention of adding more players per server. Class level cap will be going up really soon, then maybe one more time in the class progression revamp 2.0 slated for 2024.
You can check out the full Q&A over on the Starship Trooper: Extermination Steam page.
