Valve Announces Team Fortress 2 ÜBERFEST Trophy Design Contest
Design the trophy that will go to the LAN tournament winners.

Okay, this is a bit neat. Today, Valve announced a new competition in which Team Fortress 2 fans can compete to have a trophy they designed be the one given to the winners of the free-to-play team shooter's ÜBERFEST LAN tournament. Those who would like to compete have until the end of May to submit a design for the trophy. The winning one will be made into a real trophy for the tournament by French cosplay studio KritzKast. They’ll also make smaller replicas to be given to the creators of the winning design.
The contest allows for design teams. So those wanting to submit something don’t have to go about it alone. In fact, a Discord channel has been set up to allow people to form teams to work on a design together. The idea is that while you can create almost anything as a design, a broad range of ideas and skills will help in creating the best possible design.
Note that if your design does win, it could be subject to some changes in order to make it work as a proper trophy. Details on how to participate can be found on the KritzKast site.
