Just a month ago I was playing and submitted a ticket because something had gone wrong during one of my purchases from their in-game shop.I never got a response, and so I’m sitting there like “wow, nice support you got there, Trion.” Then about 2 weeks later I got a response, which was actually an apology which stated the reason why they weren’t able to address me immediately, and not only did they reimburse the points I spent but they gave me 1k free points on top of it. I have never been given free shop currency from a company as an apology. Hell, most companies won’t even acknowledge they made a mistake unless over half the player base makes a fuss about it.
