Time Travel MMO Into The Echo To Begin Pre-Alpha Testing In December
Sign-ups Are Open Now.
We haven’t heard a whole lot about this one yet. In fact, the last time we wrote about Into the Echo here was when it was announced back in August. Of course, the concept is interesting – a concept in which players are supposed to find their own “purpose” in addition to doing everything you generally do in an MMO while utilizing a bit of fuzzy time travel to do it. The game is also intended to be a “launching pad” for a bigger social project, which is why each character having a unique identity is so important.
Beyond the concept, we haven’t heard much else about the game, but it looks like that’s about to change as developer ETLOK Studios is now taking applications for pre-alpha testers. The announcement went up on Twitter this past Saturday and it looks like successful applicants won’t have to wait long to get in, what with testing kicking off in December.
Our first pre-alpha test is coming up in December! Be sure to check out our website for all the details on how to apply!

No. We don’t have a specific date, nor do we know how long it will last. We’re going to guess they took the Endwalker launch and holidays into consideration when scheduling the test.
If you’re interested in helping out with this round of testing – and we’re going to lean way into assuming it’s actual testing, what with it being pre-alpha and all – you can find the signup form on the Into the Echo site.
