Trion LEGALLY has to give that player a refund, if they said they were going to deliver said items in a package and within a certain time period, said player has a right to a refund, Trion is pushing there limits on legal terms, and my advice to that player would be to push Trion on that issue and let them know that hey thats 150$ right there if I don't get a refund you'll take it a step further and you'll see them in court. Because nowadays 150$ is alot.

Wow really? Are you guys that slow? Do I even need to answer this? I don't even need to look at your video to answer your question. All MMO's are single player. They're so easy now n' days they don't even require a party or cooperation with other players.
