Albion Online Legendary weapons

Albion Online is adding something new to the MMORPG with Awakened and Legendary items. The goal is to add one-of-a-kind items with their own story to Albion Online, and they will be very rare. The look of these weapons will be designed by players.

There are two stages to the new weapons coming to Albion Online. First, an item must be awakened, then eventually it can be made legendary. To be awakened a weapon must have Pristine Enchantments. Once awakened the weapon can earn attunement points from PvE combat which can be used to roll for additional or improved traits. The more changes you make to a weapon, the more expensive they get.

As Legendary weapons gain more powerful traits, their legendary rating increases. Increasing the legendary rating of a weapon also increases its chance to be lost or destroyed on death. Lost items can be looted and will have the creator's name attached to the weapon. They can then be further attuned, with further players adding their name to its history.

Awakened items are coming in the next content update for Albion Online, while Legendary items will be coming later.
