Aliens Fireteam Elite Season 2

Aliens: Fireteam Elite’s first season, Phalanx, is coming to a close and the dev team is gearing up for an all-new season to roll out to all platforms on December 14th. When it does, it will introduce the new Point Defense game mode, new weapons and cosmetics, and an all-new feature Lifetime Stats.

Point Defense is an alternative to Horde mode and requires players to hold 3 strategic points from attack waves of xenomorphs. While protecting the points, the teams will also need to repair any damage they receive. In between each wave of attacks, players can use Fabrication Points accumulated during battle to buy temporary consumables needed to make it through the next wave. Successfully completing the various difficulty levels will unlock new special emotes, decals, and more.

For those of you who like to keep track of your progress, which is pretty much everyone, the New Lifetime Stats feature will allow you to review career stats and track performance with each Class Kit and weapon. It also offers a way to keep track of progress toward specific rewards and achievements. On the new weapons front, Season 2 introduces Hyperdyne Weaponry, one of each type. New weapons and other items are also available in Sgt. Park’s shop.
