Get Your Coats On, Black Desert Online Gets Frosty In April With A New Region
Get ready to explore a cold new region in the game’s next expansion.
Back in December, Pearl Abyss announced a wintery new expansion for Black Desert Online. The expansion would introduce a new region to the game, the Mountain of Eternal Winter, where it’s always cold and all-new monsters and adventures await. At the time, they only stated that the update would be available sometime in the first half of this year, now we know when that is. Players can expect to begin exploring the mountain this April.
Since the update is a little over a month away, Black Desert Online has dropped a teaser video – a really teaser-y teaser - and announced that they will start rolling out more information beginning March 10. There’s a countdown timer and everything.
As you wait for that to happen, there is something else you could be doing. In honor of the game’s sixth anniversary, the BDO team is offering players special login rewards. The event kicks off tomorrow, February 24, and runs until April 6. During that time, players can earn up to 21 days' worth of useful rewards, including several boxes filled with goodies.
