Blade & Soul Force Master Overview
It's a new week and that means it's time for another Blade & Soul class feature. This week, NCSoft is covering the Force Master, a ranged class featuring high powered single-target spells, AoE abilities, and crowd-control. Of course, this power comes at a cost -- meaning they're squishy and will need to spend time carefully managing their primary resource, Focus.
The Force Masters make heavy use of the elements of fire and ice to achieve their goals. Players will need to learn how to coordinate their use of these abilities in order to make the most of the class.
In addition to fire and ice, Force Masters have supplementary abilities that make them a formidable opponent. They can break through an enemy's defenses and use the Phantom Grip, dangling them in mid air before draining their health, blasting them, or knocking them away.
All-in-all, it looks like it'll be a fun class for fans of ranged DPS characters in the free-to-play game.
