Blue Isle Studios Multiplayer FPS LEAP Exits Steam Early Access And Goes Live
It’s also now available on consoles.
Today, Blue Isle Studios' latest FPS, LEAP, jumps out of early access. Not only is it now fully live on Steam, but it’s also available on both the Xbox and PlayStation. And yes, there is crossplay, across all three platforms. However, if you’re a PC player who’d rather not play against console players or a console player who doesn’t want to take on the mouse and keyboard gang, you can turn that off.
In both cases, the game features the latest game modes, maps, weapons, and mods, so no one has to worry about being behind.
Speaking of mods, Blue Isle will be rolling out mods created by users over time. To start with, they’ve asked Overwolf to work with modders to create content that is already available. Those who want to start making mods can use LEAP’s mod editor. Support documentation is available via the launch announcement on the game’s site.
To celebrate the game’s launch, the devs are offering different bonuses for players including a cowboy skin for Pathfinders and a Boost Moose PV skin for their mounts. There’s also a cheese-themed keychain and a Dab taunt. And yes… There are Twitch drops.
