Celebrate 9 Years Of PUBG With A Month Of Special Activities
The theme is “All Day Party” and they mean it.
PUBG is almost a decade old. The battle royale is turning 9, and the devs have decided to celebrate in a big way. Specifically, players can expect a month-long party broken into 9 “missions” and spread across several social media platforms, rotating between Discord, Steam, and Reddit. These missions each have their own objective and rewards, and also offer players the opportunity to win G-Cons.
Of course, there are in-game celebrations as well. These include a daily check-in event offering a total of 7 Hunter’s Chests, 3 Archivist’s Chests, and 3 Keys. Players who log in for 7 days consecutively will also receive 200 G-Coin.
A weekend Heatwave event will take place on March 21, offering players the chance to earn 100 Contraband Coupons for surviving 60 minutes in total. This includes time spent spectating teammates. And, of course, there are Twitch drops to be had as well.
