Starting In EVE Too Daunting? CCP Launches AIR Career Program In EVE Online
The new program teaches players about the game’s four career paths.
CCP Games is continuing its mission to make EVE Online a friendlier place for new players – as far as learning to play the game goes, anyway. Today, the company introduced the AIR Career Program, which is intended to teach players the fundamentals of the game’s four career paths and help them learn how to make ISK.
This new program will introduce new pilots to each of the four paths; Explorer, Industrialist, Enforcer, or Soldier of Fortune, and help them figure out which works best for them. It teaches the basics, recommending specific activities based on experience level. It also tracks activity progression and provides rewards. Beyond that, it also provides players with how-to videos, UI pointers, and navigation guides.
In addition, CCP has updated the Career Agent missions with a visual overhaul of the environments. This is part of the EVE Evolved initiative, designed to improve graphics and audio throughout the game.
