Chapter 7, Part 2 Of The Voracious Resurgence Arrives In Final Fantasy XI
The April 4 update adds new story content, enemies, and more.
Today, Square Enix dropped a fresh Final Fantasy XI update adding a new entry to The Voracious Resurgence as well as some general improvements and adjustments. The new Voracious Resurgence entry adds new content to the quest Inside the Belly, A.M.A.N. Trove, and Records of Eminence. It also introduces a new designation. When doing Inside the Belly, players will have access to new fish and new items. A.M.A.N. Trove now has new visual and audio effects and new items. Some items have been removed from A.M.A.N. Trove, however.
On the battle side of things, Ambuscade has had a little work done to it as well. For one thing, the Normal and Intense Ambuscades have been swapped out, resulting in the corresponding Record of Eminence having been changed. In addition, the HP of several mobs has been lowered and a selection of items has been swapped out as well.
Of course, there were other general fixes and balance changes included in the update. These are all listed in detail on the Final Fantasy XI site.
