The Finals Dragons Claim

Players of Embark Studio’s free-to-play multiplayer shooter The Finals will face a new kind of enemy starting today. Between now and May 28, the 5v5 ‘Dragon’s Claim’ PvP mode will add a bit of medieval fantasy to the game… And one big dragon.

In this mode, teams will plant a banner and fight the other team to earn points. However, when on the ‘Starglight Hollow’ map, players will also have to contend with a dragon that freely roams the zone during the Siege portion of the battle. The only good news there is that both teams have to deal with the dragon. So, perhaps players can find a way to use that to their advantage.

Of course, the coming days aren’t all battles and scary dragons. With the launch of the ‘Dragon’s Claim’ event, Scales of Fortune has also returned, and players can take another spin on the wheel. This time, Scales of Fortune features a ‘Golden Ticket’ feature with 20 rewards. Players who collect all the rewards will even receive a “Legendary” reward for their efforts. Tickets to spin the wheel are obtained by completing contracts, with 3 tickets being obtainable per day.

Players can also pick up a new DLC bundle, titled “Crown that Remains”, during the run of ‘Dragon’s Claim’. It features a legendary outfit, frag grenade skin, and emote, as well as an epic charm and 2,400 multibucks.
