Deceive Inc. Drops August Roadmap, Teases Private Lobbies
The roadmap includes several of the things players have been asking for.

This morning, Tripwire Interactive posted a roadmap for its shooter/spy game Deceive Inc. offering players a peek at what they can expect throughout August and further into Season 2. There’s also a peek at what’s coming in Season 3.
The roadmap lists several things players have been asking for as part of the August update. These include an overhaul to the Duo and Trio revive system, the addition of long-form progression for those who are into keeping the same character, new loot-able items and gameplay elements, and – of course – bug fixes, balancing, and the like.
Still in Season 2, but not necessarily in what’s left of August, players can expect more bug fixes, balancing, and the like. They should also expect the addition of private lobbies. A firm date hasn’t been given for the arrival of the lobbies. The post just says they’re coming before the third season.
Beyond that, there’s a small teaser for Season 3 content. It’s all appropriately vague. We know “someone is about to disrupt the competition”, “Hazen is setting the stage for a stellar operation”, and to expect new gameplay elements.
