Destiny 2’s Latest Trailer Offers First Peek At The Witch Queen’s Domain
Savathûn’s Throne World is an all new destination filled with a unique kind of Hive enemies.
Turn on your hype-o-meter, Destiny 2 players. Bungie is obviously ready for players to get psyched up for the game's next big update (If you already weren’t, that is.) The Witch Queen. And, what’s one go-to method of getting gamers excited about something? Dropping a trailer, of course. Today, Bungie decided to offer players a look at an all-new destination in the game, Savathûn’s Throne World.
This new destination belongs to the Witch Queen herself, Savathûn, and is a domain of both the Darkness and the Light. It’s filled with new enemies, including the Witch Queen’s Lucent Brood – a type of Hive enemies infused with the same Light found in Guardians.
The Witch Queen update releases February 22. When it does, it will also introduce a new weapon crafting feature and the new Glaive weapon type.
