Elite Dangerous Is Here With Their Next Weekly Update As Console Players Get PC Version For Free
Narrative driven updates are soon to come.
Elite Dangerous will have its next update later this month. This will hold a primary focus on optimisation and fixes as the team continues to try and improve Odyssey. The two following updates, 13 & 14, which are said to release in August and November, will be adding exciting new narrative threads. While more narrative is an exciting addition, not much has been said on this narrative design and thus players will have to wait a bit longer for more details to come.
While account transfers are still making steady progress, nothing has been finalized yet. However, if players have previously purchased Elite Dangerous on consoles, players will also be given a free copy of Elite Dangerous on PC and should pay attention to future updates for this limited-time window.
In other news, Frameshift Live will now air once every two weeks on Thursday at 4PM BST. As of now the team is currently finalizing future broadcast plans for the rest of the year, and once that's concrete, schedules will begin to be shared. For more on Elite Dangerous and their future updates, please make sure to check out their site.
