En Masse Entertainment Merging Closers Servers Later This Month
When your game is named "Closers," it makes sense that at some point you would, well, close something. OK, so technically it's not a "closing" as much as it is a "merging," but En Masse Entertainment's F2P beat-'em-up is going from two servers to one, so, close enough.
To wit, the NA and EU servers will be merged into a single WORLD server at the end of the month, with the stated goal to "ensure the best possible player experience and a healthy in-game economy." The official time frame is Tuesday, January 29, 4 p.m. to Wednesday, January 30, 2 a.m. PST, though the exact times are subject to change. Players aren't required to do anything, but a few preparations are suggested on the announcement page.
