Epic Launches Monthly Fortnite Crew Subscription, Includes V-Bucks, Battle Pass, And Outfit
Remember that rumored Fortnite subscription we talked about a little while back? It's not a rumor any more.
Epic Games has announced Fortnite Crew, a monthly subscription package that will arrive next month. It goes for $11.99 per month and gives players access to the current season's Battle Pass (normally 950 V-Bucks for a roughly three-month season), 1,000 V-Bucks (normally $7.99), and an outfit bundle.
Next month's Crew subscription arrives Dec. 2, when the next chapter of Season 5 kicks off. It includes the Galaxia bundle, consisting of a star-studded outfit, Cosmic Llamacorn Pickaxe, and Fractured World Back Bling. The next bundle will be revealed before January.
If you're a dedicated Fortnite player, the math of buying the Crew subscription mostly works out in your favor. You get $8 in V-Bucks, along with about $3 for the Battle Pass, so the extra dollar pays for the cosmetics. Check out the Fortnite site for more details on the Fortnite Crew subscription.
