Fractured Online Teases The Demon Race, Cash Shop, And More Coming In May

While Fractured Online has promised a more detailed video next week, today we got a quick rundown of what's coming to the sandbox MMORPG in the May 8th update titled "The Invasion".

The first thing they showed off was the new race of Demons. Demons come in two varieties; blood demons and hellfire demons. For the foreseeable future, Demons will start on the human world. Creating a Demon world in Fractured Online would take months of work according to the video, and that's time they feel is better spent creating endgame content and polishing existing content.

VIP time and the cash shop are also on the way in the May 8th update. Players will be able to activate their VIP time and spend Dynamight Tokens in the newly introduced cash shop. Fractured Online promises no pay-to-win, and shows off a bit of the cash shop with cosmetics and dyes. Again, more details are promised in next week's video.

Lastly, they go over some updates that sound like they are going to make players very happy. Using in-game gold, players will be able to buy inventory slots, salvage and repair items, and respec attribute points.
