We only have a week until Genshin Impact launches on PS4, PC, and mobile devices and to get people hyped up, miHoYo has a few giveaways — both in-game and out. The company is giving players 4-star weapons, artifacts, and equipment as well as prizes like an iPhone 11 Pro, PS4 Pro, and gift cards and mouse pads.
The giveaways are broken up into different events, so you’ll kind of have to go all over the place to take part in all of them. The first event is for PC and mobile players and runs until October 10. You’ll need to sign up on the website, after which you’ll be able to flip cards every day to reveal a prize.
Next, players who follow the game on Facebook and YouTube can earn Acquaint Fate. The company has follower goals for each account, 150K and 100K respectively. Speaking of Facebook. If you’d like a new PS4 Pro or an iPhone 11 Pro, then you’ll want to check out the posts on the game’s FB account.
Players also have a chance to win Airpods, mouse pads, or $15 gift cards by pre-registering on the game’s site.
4-star weapons , wow…guess it’s one of those games that i’ll play for a few days and then quit…might not be P2W but it might be one of those pay to have fun, with limited inventory and such, if they are already doing this sort of giveaways… 🙁
They won’t get a dime from me no matter how limited it is. I never have and never will pay for the sake of playing a online game.
Anyways, I don’t know what’s so worrisome about it being “P2W” seeing it’s going to be a single player with 4 player co-op. This game isn’t your typical MMO experience. And since that’s the case that means no PvP. And no PvP there is no way you can P2W. Unless they have some system that makes it competitive. But I still wouldn’t care as long as it has nothing to do with PvP & a open world.
Yeah but limited inventory and limited dungeon runs unless you fork over money sucks no matter if the game is single or multiplayer.
