Get Two Free Months Of Disney+ With A Purchase In Fortnite
Epic Games has teamed up with Disney properties (like Marvel and Star Wars) for Fortnite in the past, so it only makes sense that the two entertainment behemoths would combine forces once again for the most ambitious crossover event in history. Or did someone else already use that title?
If you make any purchase in Fortnite from now until Dec. 31, you can also claim two months of the Disney+ streaming service for free. That includes direct cash purchases in the store or any purchase of V-Bucks. The deal is even retroactive back to purchases made from Nov. 6 onwards. The offer is open to new Disney+ subscribers aged 18 and up and is not available in all countries. Visit the Fortnite site for complete details and an FAQ about the offer.
In other, less entertaining news, the judge listening to arguments in the ongoing legal scuffle between Epic and Apple has tossed out one of Apple's claims. Bloomberg is reporting that Judge Yvonne Gonzalez Rogers has thrown out Apple's claim of theft against Epic, using the tried-and-true recourse for all frivolous court cases: "You actually have to have facts." If only everyone bringing up lawsuits could face a judge with that outlook.
