Grand Theft Auto Online Removing Rockstar Editor From PS4 & Xbox One
Will remain on PC, PS5, and Series X|S
Rockstar has announced on its website that it will be removing access to the Rockstar Editor on PlayStation 4 and Xbox One. These older consoles will no longer have access to the tool for Grand Theft Auto Online. PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC will still have access to the Editor.
“This update will help to ensure the stability of these platforms and keep them updated with GTA Online additions for as long as possible,” Rockstar says.
Creators will have to say goodbye to projects created on the PS4 and Xbox One when the Rockstar Editor is removed on February 20th. If you're interested in saving or exporting a project there are instructions on the Rockstar Support page on how to do so.
