InQuake Softworks Announces Action Strategy MMO Warhold
Moscow-based developer InQuake Softworks announced its upcoming dark fantasy MMO, Warhold. Described as an action arena game with MMO and strategy elements, the game tasks players with building their own city state by taking on the role of the Sovereign.
The game features a political system that allows players to shape the world while competing with other players for much needed resources -- via the PvP arena, where they can compete in deathmatch, team fight, and capture the flag modes. Outside of combat, they'll need to maintain their city, building everything from palaces to mines and barracks. They'll also need to keep their subjects happy, lest they revolt.
