Lazer Boats: MechWarrior Online Now Has a Release Date
Wait, MechWarrior Online hasn't actually been released? And here I thought the whole cash shop being open for several months was a solid release feature. After spending an extensive amount of time in Open Beta, developer Piranha Games has finally decided to announce the "official release" date for MechWarrior Online.
Set to go live September 17th, Piranha will continue to add new content throughout the remainder of the open beta. For those of you worried that all your hard earned Mechs will disappear at launch, Piranha has promised they will all be safe and sound. Because of you know, the whole release beta thing.
As an added bonus to go along with the announcement, statistics of the beta were compiled and released for all to see. It seems now would be a good time to get into the business of salvaging mech scraps. Players also seem to be infatuated with missiles.
