New Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 Event "Vortex" Puts Strange Twist On Classic Maps
We got Tetanus, Satan's Quarry, and Sporeyard.
Over two months following last Halloween, Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 is holding a spooky event.
The "Vortex" event runs until January 17 in the shooter, introducing an eerie twist on classic maps. There’s Tetanus, formerly Rust; Satan's Quarry, formerly Quarry; and Sporeyard, formerly Scrapyard. These maps feature a creepy sci-fi atmosphere, plus a Ray Gun. Also, completing the event's assignments rewards players with an exclusive camo.
Also, "Meat 24/7" is a playlist now — allowing players to strictly wage war on the close-quarters map.
