New Free-To-Play Action MMORPG Crystal Of Atlan Launches Later This Month
The magicpunk game will be available on iOS, Android, PC, and PlayStation.
Upcoming free-to-play action MMORPG Crystal of Atlan is launching on May 28 across iOS, Android, Steam, Epic Games Store, and PlayStation 5.
The game debuts with 11 classes, including the newly revealed Fighter class. According to the developers over at Nuverse said there have already been over 6 million pre-registrations; therefore, players have unlocked the “Wonderland Explore” avatar frame. The “Legend Returns” outfit set will unlock at 8 million.
To celebrate the global launch, Crystal of Atlan is collaborating with esports organization Team Liquid, which will livestream dungeon runs and participate in fan-centered activities. There’s also an “Adventurers Assemble” event happening, which encourages players to join or create Fleets for cooperative dungeon challenges and rewards.
The “magicpunk” game features a 3D combat system with full XYZ-axis movement, dynamic aerial combos, and customizable skill chains. Players can equip 8 base skills and 2 finishers to unleash powerful 12-skill chains. Additionally, Crystal of Atlan includes PvP in the form of 1v1 and 3v3 modes. And, apparently, there’s zero character gacha mechanics, as every class is freely available.
