Nexon Signs Global Publishing Agreement For Project T, The MMORPG Based On Korean Web Novel Overgeared
The web novel has been around for more than a decade.
Nexon announced a global publishing deal with developer Graygames for Project T, a new MMORPG based on the Korean web novel and webtoon Overgeared. For those unfamiliar, Overgeared focuses on the adventures of Young-woo Shin, a gamer who gains transcendental power playing a VRMMORPG set in the medieval era.
The game will feature VR and other content including hidden quests and classes, a crafting system, and more. It will also boast original characters and an immersive story in which players can found a nation, engage in war, and more.
Project T is being developed by GRAYGAMES, a studio founded in Korea in 2023. The team is led by a number of team members experienced in MMORPG development, and Project T is being published locally in Korea by Redice Studio.
