Nightingale’s Recent Patch Is A Laundry List Of Fixes, Exploit Squashing, And Server Region Selecting
Fixes include everything from preventing anti-virus programs from blocking the game to visual changes.
Today, Inflexion Games pushed a new update for Nightingale. Patch 0.1.1 is a pure fix-it patch filled with bug fixes, changes for the visuals and audio, building updates, and other improvements to the survival experience. In fact, the patch notes are quite lengthy.
There are several highlights included in the patch – particularly if you’re someone who’s been affected by things like anti-virus programs stopping your game from launching. The game now has certifications to stop that from happening.
The patch also fixes issues such as the game spamming sound effects when players scroll through the character creator. In addition, it removes weird visual effects and stops music from getting stuck when taking staircases or just cutting out completely.
There are multiple changes to the game’s control system as well as the economy and NPC behavior, and players can now select a server region. The full list of patch notes can be found on the game’s site.
