Developer ZQGames announced yesterday it’s Free-to-Play MMORPG The Lost Titans has entered Open Beta. Features became available last night on the Olympus server for new players, previous servers for those returning. For those of you that participated in the Closed Beta, you’ll be happy to know there have been no character wipes.

The open beta comes with several key updates including;

Core of Aristos: where players must venture deeper into the core, fight their way to the ultimate boss, and avenge Lord Hyperion.

Zeus’ Fury Battleground: a mounted event in which players will fight new bosses and other players all at the same time. It also introduces new high-level monsters called Punishers, which may require players to team up.

Duel of the Protectors: adds duels which can grant special rewards.

Rite of Passage: a re-vamped beginner’s area

Fourtuna’s Wheel: a roulette style event in which players can win rewards.

The update also includes new mounts and pets.

Tthere is no point playing the game right now. It is good yes. But the Open Beta launch was a failure.

Cheaters abused the silver, gold and artifact bug before the game was able to do a maintenance, no roll back was made and the newly launched server are now greatly unbalanced.

The Lost Titans better sell their game to someone who is actually qualified to be game developers. It was a good game before but now, it is more of a joke..

Just checked it out, and yes, there indeed has been no wipe…

However… the CBT server is not updated to OBT (they will be in the future – which I assumes 2+ weeks after other server’s OBT launches)

Main thing that ppls are pissed… is because 80% of all players that didn’t buy Cash Shop are moving to OBT, while leaving a handful of Cash Shoppers in CBT server that play with nothing updated.. nothing… everything is updated only on OBT server, CBT stays the same as they have been since CBT’s opening.

I also heard that GMs are giving their Guildies premium VIP? ones that make you P2W, IE: a mage dealing 19k phy dmg while an archer dealing 11k phy dmg.

This game needs some serious balancing.

Tho they can always use the excuse of “It’s only a Beta”…. if anyone believe in this anymore.

If you want my opinion on a video game, make it to where peopel enjoy it enough to donate large amounts of money into the server. Example, Guild Wars 2.

    • True that, I have never spent so much money on a game than I have on GW2 and every1 I know does the same. It just feels right when you know it’s going to fund future updates in a game you love wholeheartedly.

Instead of analyzing all these new-created MMOs, developers continue building crap like this. Its all about money now. BS. How many of these nude chicks ‘n big swordz games will be created? WTF? What they expect? People will jump from one MMO to another, until something worthy will turn up…until then…we need to search for something in this pile of crap.

The problem is the money. Just plain and simple. Producers make a half baked game with amazing graphics and some cool looking skills to profit enough so people pay for it. Its the scam in video game making right now. Hence most of these shit games are pay to win. Also some of these free to play games are now becoming pay to win.
