Phantasy Star Online 2: New Genesis To Start Selling Level And Story Skips
The items will be sold for ARKS Cash.
When Phantasy Star Online 2: New Genesis adds its new update to the MMORPG on June 7th, some new items will be making their way to the game's cash shop. To "support those who are just starting or returning to the game and want to catch up to and socialize with other players as well as access new content," SEGA will be offering a few different level skips and story skips in their cash shop for ARKS Cash, the game's cash shop currency.
We don't yet know the cost of the items, but the company plans to offer three options initially.
"NGS Story Progress Tickets" allow you to skip the main story all the way up to the game's current content as of the time of the item's use. The "Class Level 70 and Equipment Set" bundle does what you probably think it does by the name. Players using this pass gets their main class boosted to level 70 and a weapon for each weapon category for that class and 3 pieces of armor.
Finally there's the "NGS Ver. 1 All Trainia Explored" pass. This item sets the status of all Cocoons and Towers available as of 6/7/2023 to “completed” so that players can acquire the Skill Points from the first clear reward.
While more details, like the mentioned missing costs, are coming soon, the official post does give the few restrictions some of these passes have if you think you may want to shell out the cash for a skip.
