Once again, the Epic Games Store is offering players two free games in its weekly rotation — although, both games might not be of interest to the same parties. The first title is the Warhorse Studios open world RPG Kingdom Come: Deliverance. Normally priced at around $30, the game throws players into the story of a medieval civil war where their village is invaded and their family killed. The only option is to fight back and avenge the deaths of those they care about.
The game features a non-linear story in a realistic, historically accurate open world where player actions influence the world around them. Those interested in picking up this title can do so via its EGS store page. You’ll want to be sure to grab it before the 20th if you want it for free.
The other title being offered this week is Aztez, a hybrid of beat ’em up and turn-based strategy from developer Team Colorblind. The game features stylized art and is set in the world of the Aztec empire. The strategy part of the game involves the player expanding the empire, but in order to do this, they’ll need to engage in real-time battles. Normally, this game runs around $20, so if you pick up both titles this week, you doing pretty well on the savings front.
KDC is a good game, for me though it only had 19 pieces that tasted really good from my 21 piece bucket.
