Prepare For The Phantasy Star Online 2 Open Beta By Downloading The Client Today
Tomorrow's the big day for those of you waiting to play Phantasy Star Online 2. At 6 pm Pacific, the game's open beta test will kick off on Xbox One, giving everyone something else to do for a while. To prepare players for the test -- and likely to be sure you don't waste the first playable day -- the beta client has been made available for download today.
To download the client, you will need to sign up for the test via the Microsoft Store. That's not too inconvenient considering that's also where you'll need to be to start your download anyway. I'd definitely advise going ahead and getting the download taken care of so you don't have to play the waiting game tomorrow.
