PSA: Play The Sci-Fi FPS Disintegration Free This Weekend

If you're interested in what Halo's old creative director Marcus Lehto has been up to but haven't felt like dropping $50 on a game that you're unsure about, there's some good news. V1 Interactive is hosting a free weekend for its sci-fi FPS Disintegration beginning at 10am Pacific on Thursday, July 30. The event will run throughout the weekend, coming to an end on August 2 -- at which point, if you actually like the game, you'll have to throw some money at it.

The good news there is that if you do like the game enough to spend some cash, the game will also be on sale for 40% off. What platform you're playing on determines when the sale occurs. In fact, the PS4 version of the game has been on sale since the 22nd and will last until August 8. The sale kicked off for Xbox One players today and will run through August third. Those playing on Steam need to wait a couple of days until July 30 for the sale to begin. That one will come to a close on August 3.
