Special MMOBomb Firefall Livestream and Giveaway This Friday!

Firefall is scheduled to have yet another open beta weekend this week and while you will find the details down below this isn't why I'm here talking to you. Instead, I am here to tell you about the super-awesome livestream/giveaway we managed to score after snuggling up next to Red5 with a set of mix tapes, hot coco and a blanket.

This Friday starting at 3PM (PST) we will be livestreaming an epic confrontation with the legendary Baneclaw. Who is Baneclaw? A better question would be, "What the ^&%# is a Baneclaw?". A giant bug beast that is sorely in need of some crushing under a Battleframe's heel. Baneclaw represents just one of the many large scale boss fights players can expect in the full release of Firefall. Feel free to jump in the stream chat and ask us (MMOBomb) or the developers questions.

Unfortunately the event will be held on a private Firefall server, so while everyone can hop in this beta weekend you wont get to experience the epic confrontation. To make up for this terrible oversight, we plan on giving out some Firefall founders packs to lucky fans during the stream. The packs come with permanent access to the Firefall beta along with some ingame currency and a tiki mask because why not. My sources tell me we may also have an elite Commander's pack to giveaway which is valued at over $100 USD and not only includes an even more impressive tiki mask, but also comes with your own badass motorcycle for cruising Copacabana with. Now you too can smash bugs in style.

If you're interested in participating in the open beta weekend you will be happy to know the testing begins this Friday at noon PST and will run until 11:59 p.m. PST Sunday.

The open beta weekend itself is chock full of community activities with chances to win some gaming gear including a Razer Kraken Headset, AMD Radeon HD 7970, and a Firefall Brontodon plushie.
