Check Your Gear, Because It’s Finally Time To Head Into Albion Online’s Abyssal Depths
The new PvP hub is now live.
Albion Online PvPers, rejoice. Today, you take the battle into The Depths, where you will fight in small-group encounters to earn buffs, loot, and other goodies. The new PvP area introduces a new Orange PvP rule set to the MMORPG. This is a more forgiving ruleset as players will now only drop what’s in their inventory if they die. Players should also expect a smoother experience, changes have been made to walk them through important systems, and a new Character Progression category has been introduced to the Albion Journal that will provide them with achievable goals.
Another change that will help players out is the introduction of UI changes. Included are things like better filters and categories.
Of course, new content typically means new weapons. In this case, two new Crystal Weapons have been introduced. The Truebolt hammer channels raw energy to shield allies and stun foes, while the Stillgaze Staff can petrify enemies.
