Neverwinter Challenge of the Gods

Neverwinter’s Challenge of the Gods event is back, offering players yet another opportunity to appease the deities and earn some cool loot while they’re at it. As always, players can take part in the event by slaying monsters and collecting a special piece of loot that will initiate a challenge upon pickup. There are eleven challenges in all – one for each god – ranging from killing a certain number of enemies under various conditions to completing heroic encounters within a time limit.

Completing each one of these challenges will earn players the reward “Gift of the Gods”. This gift will be granted for each challenge and will offer players one of the following items each time.

  • Celestial Mantle
  • Invocation Gift
  • Celestial Grace Dye Pack
  • Divine Injury Kit
  • Gemstones appropriate for level
  • Potions appropriate for level

Players can also pick up a daily quest from the Speaker of Ao asking them to complete five challenges. Completing this quest will earn players the “Blessed Gift of the Gods” reward, which includes a chance at everything above as well as one of the following:

  • Waukeen’s Coin Purse
  • Priestess of Sune
  • Acolyte of Kelemvor
  • Tymora’s Lucky Coin
  • Forgehammer of Gond
  • Eye of Lathander
  • Greater Lathander’s Belt
  • Greater Lathander’s Cloak
  • Oghama’s Token of Free Movement
  • Hellmite Paladin Ghost
  • Llira’s Bell

The Challenge of the Gods event is scheduled to begin on March 24 and will run until March 31. So, there’s not a lot of time to get your hands on all these goodies. That means that if you want them, you’ll need to get cracking.
