Trove Wants Players To Figure Out The Code
Trove is having another one of its screenshot events, this time rewarding all successful participants with 5 Crystal Piñatas. Once again, players must find their way to the right place in game and take an appropriate screenshot. All the general rules apply (include character, IGN, all that jazz), but there's apparently a bit extra players will need to do this time. They need to "reproduce the same emotion seen in the picture in the announcement" (and also in this post).
Players are going to have to jump through a few hoops to figure out where to take the screenshot. This time, the devs have created a QR code players need to scan. How you go about that is up to you. The devs list several options for getting the job done. But, before that, you're going to need to find all the pieces of the code. Once the code is put back together and scanned, it will provide an image showing players where to take their shot and how to pose. The event ends on February 28. So, players have just under a week to figure everything out. Be sure to check out the post on the Trove site for all the fine-print details on how to participate.
