Vercingetorix Arrives In Total War: Arena Next Week
Total War: Arena gets its second barbarian commander next week, when Vercingetorix the Defiant makes his mark on the game. A more defensive commander than Arminius, Big V's commander abilities make good use of fortifications and make heroic last stands, which might be just enough to turn the late stages of a battle in your army's favor... even if you won't be around to celebrate.
Other than Vercingetorix's addition, the notes for next week's patch are pretty sparse, but include their usual humor. "Fixed a bug where the capture points for watchtowers on Marathon would disappear during the battle, despite it making matches unexpectedly more interesting." So you're saying the ancient Romans didn't have cloaking devices? Oh, I'm thinking of Romulans...
