Vindictus’ Winter Update Introduces Systems To Make Progression Easier On Players
If you’ve been struggling, this should help.

Vindictus’ Winter Update dropped this week, and while it brought a bit of new battle content to the MMORPG, the biggest feature – or features – are the new growth systems: ‘Hero’s Path’ and ‘Hero’s Leap’. These systems are intended to make progression easier for players. For instance, Hero’s Path removes elements that players don’t really need and streamlines things. Equipment stats are balanced automatically, so players don’t have to worry about that, and they can easily take on each boss fight in the order intended.
As for Hero’s Leap, it’s a guide intended to help players get into high-level raids once they’ve reached level 115. This is achieved by dividing missions into different categories: Growth, Deployment, Town, and Challenge, in order to help players learn the game’s various systems, like growth mechanics and battle structure. Players also receive plenty of helpful rewards for making their way through the Hero’s Leap system, including gear, crafting materials, and other items.
Also included in the update is a revamp of the game’s HUD. Unnecessary UI elements are now hidden in town. Players can customize their status effects. Decorations and effects have been simplified. And important combat information is now more visible. More details on this and other improvements can be found on the Vindictus site.
