WildStar Holding Limited Time Boss Hunter Event Challenge
Starting today, WildStar players can earn extra rewards for every World Boss or Legendary Champion kill. The Boss Hunter Challenge event kicked off today at 2:01 a.m. Pacific and will last until 11:59 p.m. Pacific on April 9. During this time, players who manage to take down a World Boss or Legendary champion is guaranteed a 100% drop rate for a Shiny Token that can be turned in to the vendors in the capital city. The kill also guarantees a drop of a lockbox key normally only available from the in-game store.
When turning in the Shiny Tokens, players have a chance to obtain one of the following items:
- Gold and Service Tokens
- Primal Essence Pack—random chance of 100, 250, or 500 Crimson, Cobalt, or Viridian
- Stop and Go Dye
- Tribal Hoverboard with flair
- Tribal Costume
- Moody Moodie Mask pet
- Dancing Moodie NPC Décor
- Moodie Totem toy
- 24 “Carrots” toy
It is worth noting that normal creatures have a chance to drop Shiny Tokens as well. So, while you're out killing the big guys, go ahead and knock out some quests.
