Epic Games Teases Honkai: Star Rail Collab In Fortnite

While we wait for the next Honkai: Star Rail update, there are Trailblaze things happening in other places. One of those places is Epic Games’ free-to-play battle-royale Fortnite – a game known for hosting collaborations with just about.. well… everything. Over the weekend, the EGS Twitter account shared a post with an image of two swords, as seen above, and the test “Who’s trailblazing heir way to Fortnite?”.

This is one of those tricky things. If you’re a Honkai: Star Rail player, you know exactly what’s happening, and you recognize those two swords as belonging to two of our favorite Stellaron Hunters: Kafka and Blade. Those who aren’t familiar with the game, on the other hand, ended up making some pretty wild guesses. (And then there are those who are probably just guessing wildly to troll.)

Aside from the image of the two swords, we don’t really know what from Star Rail will be making its way to Fortnite. But, we can guess that the collaboration will include outfit skins – probably for the two characters and maybe for some others, art, voice packs, and maybe some music or other items. We’re sure to find out soon enough.

In fact, we may find out on Friday when HoYoverse hosts the Version 4.0 livestream that all Star Rail fans have been waiting on. If you’re looking for a canon reason for the Star Rail gang to visit Fortnite, just blame it on Aha. (That would be one of the gods in the game who lives for what THEY consider a good joke.)
