Players can explore streets, parks, plazas, and rooftops with refined Flick-It controls, customizing their skaters and boards with gear from major brands while discovering endless spots to shred. The game emphasizes freedom and self-expression through activities, challenges, events, and real-time object placement with Quick Drop, plus the ability to create and share clips using the Replay Editor.

With cross-play, cross-progression, and servers supporting up to 150 players, skaters can ride solo, team up for co-op challenges, or battle in player-made Throwdowns across the city. Seasonal updates will expand San Vansterdam with new rewards, skate spots, gear, events, and soundtracks — shaped by community feedback — while optional in-game purchases allow for cosmetic customization.
