Delta Force War Ablaze Launch

Today, Team Jade dropped the “War Ablaze” update they’ve been teasing for the free-to-play shooter Delta Force. That means that everything from the Fault map to the SAW crossover is now available for players in the live game.

In addition to the new map, the update also brings the game’s first true fighter jet as well as the previously-revealed bounty hunter operator Raptor. Of course, there are new weapons as well. Specifically, players can now get their hands on the MK47 assault rifle and the Marlin Lever-Action Rifle.

The update also introduces two new modes to the game: Air Superiority and Team Deathmatch. The former is a mini-mode focused on airborne combat, while the latter is fast-paced and removes elements like revivals and objective captures. Following the update, players can now also build three types of structures in Victory Unite: Bunkers, Anti-Aircraft Guns, and Coastal artillery. Of course, the update brings additional content and improvements as well.

Event-wise, Team Jade is celebrating the season launch and the game’s anniversary with a variety of events, offering players rewards including up to 3,900 time-limited Delta Tickets, free firearm and vehicle appearances, and more. And, of course, there’s the SAW crossover.

Speaking of crossovers, while we don’t have a date, we do know that a Metal Gear Solid Δ: Snake Eater crossover is on the horizon. The crossover will include special cosmetic items, including a special Nox appearance inspired by Naked Snake. More details on this will be available in the future.
