It’s a new week and that means it’s time for another Blade & Soul class feature. This week, NCSoft is covering the Force Master, a ranged class featuring high powered single-target spells, AoE abilities, and crowd-control. Of course, this power comes at a cost — meaning they’re squishy and will need to spend time carefully managing their primary resource, Focus.

The Force Masters make heavy use of the elements of fire and ice to achieve their goals. Players will need to learn how to coordinate their use of these abilities in order to make the most of the class.

In addition to fire and ice, Force Masters have supplementary abilities that make them a formidable opponent. They can break through an enemy’s defenses and use the Phantom Grip, dangling them in mid air before draining their health, blasting them, or knocking them away.

All-in-all, it looks like it’ll be a fun class for fans of ranged DPS characters in the free-to-play game.

Well, pretty much all they gonna do to bring this game to west is to get a stable server. (and it takes them 4 yrs to do so), Apparently NC doesn’t really care about this game being released in West. And why are they doing now? simply because they have no other better option and there is still room for profit (tactic such as elongate their beta phase to lure more founder’s pack dummies). TBH this game has not being very successful in longevity since launched in EAST. most of people flee the game after 3 month due to lack of pve content and it still lacks endgame content in EAST. The developer overseas made this game a HUGE p2w. It is interesting to see how NC north america is gonna handle their in game purchase and item store here.

This game has been in waiting for a long long time now. This waiting is really annoying. This game is gonna crash off in just a few months of release. -.- Stupid how they make other wait for a game for so long and now the beta is even longer.

Game dead before it started, I hope another game uses their combat style before they release that would be hilarious.

    • Koagz on November 16, 2015

No shit it would be a crap game because it’s a combat-focused game. Say the same thing about other MMO’s and you end up with a crap game. What are you thinking?

Trions’s Rift is ever more shittier with milking to buy “premium” classes.Without those classes forget joining a good guild and doing raids.
