Blood Of Steel Announces New Update Adding Personalization System
Evolution Studio announced an upcoming update for the free-to-play PvP MOBA Blood of Steel today, introducing new heroes and the Star System. The Star System is a character customization feature that allows players to modify the outfits of their characters using contemporary clothing items. These items can be purchased via the store using in-game currency or earned by completing daily quests.
The two new heroes added in this update include the founder of China's Quin dynasty -- the first emperor of a unified China, the "Eternal Emperor" Ying Zheng. He's the only general in the game that uses a chariot. But it's not just any chariot, it's armed with blades on the wheels. He's also accompanied by bodyguards firing arrows at enemies in their path.
Joining Ying Zhen is Zhen Ji (or "Luo Shen"), the first wife of the ruler of the state of Cao Wei in the Three Kingdoms period and believed to be the reincarnation of the "Goddess of the River Luo". She leads a squad of crossbow assassins that excel at ambushes.
The new update is will be the first post-launch update for the game and will be available after the game launches on Steam on February 20th.
