Blue Protocol Keeps Promise On Test News Today, But The News Isn't Great
Testing is going to be delayed a bit longer.
As promised, the Blue Protocol team provided an update on the delay of the round of testing that was intended to begin on January 14. The original delay was a last-minute decision based on them discovering a bug and having difficulties getting it fixed. The bug in question would have had an impact on what they were wanting to test, so they decided to wait until it was fixed. At the time of the announcement, they promised an update by today – and here we are.
Unfortunately, the update isn’t awesome. Although, depending on your perspective, it can be a good thing. The team is believes they have a fix for things. but that means another delay. Currently, they’re planning to update players sometime in mid-March. It doesn’t sound great, we know, but the truth is that they could have let everyone in, gone ahead with the testing, and ended up with results that would only make things even more difficult later on.
