Bungie has announced its Developer Gameplay Preview for Destiny 2: The Final Shape.
Set to stream on April 9 at 9:30 AM (PT) on Twitch and YouTube, this event will show insights into the shooter's upcoming expansion and behind-the-scenes looks at new gameplay features. In The Final Shape, players will pursue the Witness into the Pale Heart of the Traveler, rallying the Vanguard as they try to end the ongoing War of Light and Darkness.
Also, Into the Light — a two-month update containing new content — is scheduled to launch that same day (April 9). That means getting the new wave-based Onslaught mode, some fan-favorite weapons making a return with limited-edition ornaments, the Hall of Champions social space, and two reprised Exotic Missions with hidden secrets.
Into the Light will be available to all players at no extra charge.
